SHIPPING & DELIVERY
After placing an order we ship out most items from our store normally within 2-4 business days of your order. Some of our products ship directly from the manufacturer or distributor. In the case of inserts or special custom orders; these will ship directly from our distributor and have a 3-4 week lead time.
Most orders we will ship via USPS. For orders that qualify for Free shipping, we ship almost all of our packages via USPS. Please make sure that you give us an accurate street address that can be delivered to. If you need expedited shipping, additional fees will be applied. We ship many of our items with Free ground shipping. Free ground shipping is included in the Continental 48 States on most orders over $100. All other orders under $100 include a $10 flat shipping rate. In-store pick-up is available on all orders. If you would like to pick up your order, select "Free In-Store Pickup" from the shipping Freight Shipping.
On high-end machines and products exceeding $5,000, someone needs to be at the delivery address to sign for the product when it arrives. We ensure all of our machines so that in case of accidents your machine is covered.
INSTRUCTIONAL GUIDE CLASSES
Guide classes are FREE classes which we offer to familiarize you with all the different facets of your machine or software, and we offer FREE instructional guide classes on all of the machines and software that we sell. Our guides are in person or virtual. Give us a call or email us at email@example.com and we can send you a link. You must have taken your guide classes or have a good working knowledge of your machine before you can sign up for regular classes! Bought your machine elsewhere? Classes are available for a fee!
Please sign up for classes at least 2 weeks in advance. Registration can be done by phone, in person, or by mail.
It is necessary to pre-register for ALL classes. You may register in-person or by phone. Payment must be made in full to assure your place in class. We need this commitment from you in order for our classes to run as smoothly as possible and so that our teachers can properly prepare for class. BE SURE AND ASK FOR YOUR SUPPLY LIST! In many cases it is necessary to do things ahead to be properly prepared for class, so be sure and check your supply list ahead of time!
We must make our commitment to teachers one week prior to the start of their class. Therefore, refunds are available when your cancellation is made at least ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE FIRST CLASS. Please do not ask us for any exceptions. In the event that a class must be cancelled, individuals will be contacted and given a full re- fund.

Our full service department has certified and qualified technicians on staff. We repair all makes and models of sewing and/or embroidery machines. We also repair most makes and models of sergers and vacuums. Give us a call to be put on our repair wait list. We’ll give you a call when it’s time to bring it in!
If you have purchased a machine or software at Byrne’s and have not received your FREE basic instructional guide classes, please give us a call. Don’t forget the guide classes are FREE when you purchase your machine from us and are a requirement before taking regular classes. SIGN UP TODAY!
