Retreat cost and registration

What's Included?
-4 days of uninterrupted sewing. Open Sewing starting on Sunday at 3pm. Monday and Tuesday the sewing studio is open from 7am-midnight. Wednesday the sewing studio will be open 7am-noon. 
-Each attendee will have their own 6 foot table to spread out while sewing
-Breakfast, lunch, and snacks will be provided
-Welcome dinner
-Communal cutting tables and ironing station
-Chocolate infused wine tastings
-Sewing machine rentals available (hassle-free sewing)

The Stitchers Hideaway tickets are $499 or 6 payments $88*.


Hotel information:
We have reserve a room block at The Hershey Hotel. The room rate is $179 (plus taxes and fees). The online booking link will be sent to attendees after booking the retreat. What's better than a sewing sleepover with your best sewing friends? Hershey Lodge offers multiple different room layouts so you can share your hotel room with friends.

When can I book my retreat ticket?

Retreat tickets are available for purchase now. Our sewing oasis is limited in seats and will be quickly. Book your ticket as soon as possible.

*How can I buy my ticket with monthly payments?

Retreat tickets can be financed through synchrony financing. In order to book your tickets with financing please call us at 215-230-9411.

For some reason I can no longer attend the event. Are my tickets refundable?

All retreat tickets are final sale and not discountable. Tickets can be transferred to someone else on the waitlist if available. If tickets are able to be transferred to another guest a $50 transfer fee will be applied. 

I'm driving in, is there parking?

Of course! Hershey has a multitude of free parking in their parking lot. Easy peasy, right? If you want to check out the different entertainment options that Hershey offers they have a free shuttle to take you to Chocolate World and the Hershey Hotel.

Where is the Hotel located?

The hotel is located at 100 Hotel Road, Hershey, PA 17033

What if I am flying in for the retreat?

Our retreat is a short 15 minute drive from the Harrisburg International Airport. Shuttles are available to book from the airport to the hotel.
