Quilts of Valor™
Catherine Roberts, a long arm quilter from Seaford DE and a Blue Star Mother has taken it upon herself to organize a program to present lap top quilts to all the wounded soldiers. It affords quilters everywhere the opportunity to show their gratitude to these fine young men and women who have sustained injury in the service of their country. This effort is called Quilts of Valor™.
Here at Byrne, Gold Star Mother Ruth Stonesifer spearheads a group of about 45 every month to make quilts for this wonderful program. Click here to learn more.
